Recovery calculator
Three inputs you already know. The arithmetic is printed under the answer so you can check it, argue with it, and take it into a meeting without trusting anybody.
Pre-filled with one Philadelphia building-trades local's published journeyman scale as a worked example. Every trade's agreement works the same way — your own published scale, plus burden, times the hours your officials already spend. Change the three numbers to yours. Nothing you type is stored, sent, or seen by anyone; the arithmetic runs in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
Where each number comes from
Your published journeyman scale — whichever trade you are in — plus 15% for benefits and payroll burden. The pre-filled default is one Philadelphia local's public scale, shown so the arithmetic has something in it when you arrive.
One hour per official per day is the conservative figure — the time an official spends reading and re-keying job reports that the platform imports and processes instead.
Six days, four weeks. Not five days and not 4.33 — a deliberately low count, so the number is defensible rather than impressive.
This is the smallest thing ODIN does. Recovered market share, accountability by territory, and an instruction manual for the bids you lost are worth more than the hours — and they are not in this calculation at all. You are looking at the floor, not the ceiling.
Change the three inputs to your local's, email them over, and we will spend thirty minutes on your data instead of a slide deck.
